With nearly a decade of experience in roofing, project management, sales, and business management, D’Ron brings a well-rounded approach to every project. He has extensive hands-on roofing experience, including serving as a Project Manager and working with Local 36 Roofers and Waterproofers . This combination of field knowledge and leadership allows him to understand both the technical and customer-service sides of a roofing project. He is committed to providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and a professional experience from start to finish.

With over 11 years of experience, Dean is a roofing expert and a mentor to the rest of the Costa Roofing workforce. When he is not working he is either fishing or enjoying the outdoors with his fiancé, Jan.

Project Manager - San Diego

Lee brings an extensive background in business development and emerging technologies. Outside of work, Lee is active in the community, mentoring military veterans, teaching art to seniors and working with individuals with disabilities. He also enjoys cycling, soccer, pickleball and running marathons.

Throughout her career, Alicia has developed strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills while supporting executives, clients, and employees. She is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced remote environments. Alicia takes pride in being someone others can rely on to stay organized, follow through, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly..
