Commercial Roof Restoration Systems

Double the lifespan of your roofing system by re-surfacing rather than replacing or repairing your roof. Ask us about emulsion, acrylic and silicone roof restoration systems and how they can increase the life span of your roof.

Often, when a roof is nearing the end of its serviceable life, building owners/managers think they have two options: replace the roof; continue to deal with leaks and angry tenants. For most buildings, there is a third option, to leave the existing roofing system in place and restore it. Roof restoration systems offer long-lasting, energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions for both commercial and residential buildings.

The Benefits of Roof Restoration

There are multiple benefits to roof restoration. By leaving an existing roof in place, and installing a UV protective restoration over it, thousands of pounds of materials are kept in use, rather than piled up in a landfill. Also, the impact to the tenants of the structure can be greatly reduced by eliminating the demolition phase of a project, and the timeline of the project can also be shortened drastically.

Additional Benefits of Commercial Roof Restoration

Types of Roof Restoration Systems:

The primary systems used for roof restorations in Southern California are Acrylics and Silicones.

Acrylic and Silicone

Acrylic Roof Restoration

Acrylic coatings are EnergyStar and Title-24 compliant. They are highly flexible and often reinforced with emulsion and polyester fabric. Acrylic systems have warranties available up to 20-years covering both labor and materials.

Silicone Roof Restoration

Silicone coatings are also EnergyStar and Title-24 compliant. They offer excellent resistance to ponding water and can often be installed without any polyester reinforcement in a single application. Silicone systems have warranties available up to 20-years covering both labor and materials and 50-year limited material warranties.
