Costa Roofing was originally dispatched to this site to provide an overview of the existing roof assemblies. Upon initial inspection, it was determined that there was considerable damage to the gutters and metal panels on the East portion of the roof and that the skylights on the West portion of the roof were past their useful life span.

Costa provided a written assessment and was awarded the repairs.

The skylights were replaced with Lane-Air curb mounted acrylic dome skylights.

A torch-applied membrane patch was installed over a leak on the barrel roof.

The damaged metal roof panels were replaced and a new box gutter was installed along the East end of the building.

The roof membrane is now ready for a restoration system in the next few years!
