Shopping Center – Gardena, CA – PVC Re-Roof

This shopping center has several high profile tenants and had dozens of leaks!

Because there were two existing roofing systems the owners wanted to start fresh by fully removing all the existing materials and inspecting the underlying wood sheathing.

This customer understands the value of high-quality materials, so it was determined the PVC would be the ideal long-term solution for this roof.

The summer of 2023 had very inconsistent weather (including a hurricane!!!), but through several weather delays, all roofing was removed and a new 60mil PVC membrane with a 20-year NDL warranty was installed!
