This 26,000sq ft, two story parking structure was structurally sound but had multiple areas of water-intrusion. Costa Roofing worked with SIKA to develop a scope of work to stop the leaks and restore the top surface of the concrete structure.
The concrete deck was prepped by hand-grinding the striping and bead blasting the entire parking surface.
Once the surface was prepped, small cracks were filled with SikaFlex 2C and the entire structure was primed with a Low-VOC primer.
The primer was allowed to cure overnight and a base coat of 720SG was installed.
The system was completed with two coats of Sikalastic 745 Textured top coat and the striping was re-installed.
Now the parking structure looks brand new!
