Office Building Tenant Improvement
During the remodel of this office building, the new tenant decided to add a large 8’x8’ skylight to the roof.
A new wood-framed curb was built into the existing structure and Costa Roofing was hired to repair the roof.
The roof was patched with a APP modified torch-applied membrane.
