Medical Building – Phase 2 PVC Installation

Two years letter, this medical facility had budgeted for additional work! Because of Covid, material availability was a problem, so we made the decision to switch manufacturers for phase 2, while still providing a PVC membrane.

As with phase 1, the base layer of the existing two roofs was left in place and we installed a Dens Deck cover board and a 60mil PVC roof membrane.

To coincide with the project, the facility identified and removed all un-used conduit lines, and a plumbing contractor replaced multiple drains that had been leaking.

This entire facility is now covered by a 20-year NDL warranty, and all leaks have been resolved!
