This art collective studio and office building in south Hermosa Beach had multiple issues when Costa Roofing was asked to inspect the roofs.
The patio access doors were leaking, multiple plumbing vents were cut through the roof but never roofed in properly, roof membrane was falling off of areas of the parapet and the lower roof was an unsightly mess.
