Large Torch-Applied Membrane Repair and ROOF PROTECT MAINTENANCE
Costa Roofing was called to this large apartment complex to investigate leaks in two adjacent units.
It was determined that a large area needed repair.
The existing gravel was spudded from the roof and spread to bald areas at the remainder of the roof. Recover board was installed over the existing membrane and fastened in place with base sheet. A torch-applied membrane patch was installed over the entire area and the perimeter was three-coursed with acrylic mastic.
