This large, four building complex in Studio City has a 10-year old, existing PVC roofing system. While the roof is still in good shape, the poor air quality in the area and the considerable number of pine trees on the property cause a significant amount of debris build-up.

Because of the number of sharp angles and transitions between buildings and roof sections, there are several areas where debris build-up was causing significant standing water.

Costa Roofing cleaned the roofs, bagged the debris and hauled it all off site. In addition, while onsite, basic maintenance was completed, coping seams and pipes were re-sealed and broken tiles were replaced.
